If you have any questions about your order, our support team is always here to help. Please thoroughly review the comprehensive policy below before placing your order.
1. Return Window & 60-Day Home Trial
We accept return requests within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date. This gives you ample time to inspect the product in your space risk-free.
To be eligible for a standard full return, the item must be:
- Uninstalled
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags
Return requests submitted after 60 days of confirmed delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Return Authorization Required (RMA)
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. All returns must be approved in advance and issued an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be identifiable, could be rejected at the warehouse, and cannot be processed for a refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide clear photos or videos of:
- The item and the specific issue observed
- The exterior packaging conditions
- The shipping label showing tracking details
Once reviewed and confirmed, Kviflon will provide an appropriate solution at our expense, which may include supplying replacement parts, sending a brand-new replacement item, or issuing a partial or full refund where applicable. For minor issues or missing hardware parts, Kviflon reserves the right to first offer practical replacement parts or alternative solutions before authorizing a full return.
4. Preference-Based Returns
If you would like to return an item for personal preference reasons, such as:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the item
- Style, finish, or color preference
- Size or aesthetic suitability concerns not caused by a product defect
- Compatibility concerns not stemming from product errors
- Ordering the incorrect model or variation by mistake
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery, provided the item remains strictly uninstalled, unused, and completely intact within its original packaging. For all preference-based returns, the customer is fully responsible for all return-related logistics and warehouse handling costs as detailed below.
5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee Responsibility
If the return is due to a Kviflon issue:
Examples include items arriving damaged, functional manufacturing defects, sending the incorrect item, or product specifications being materially different from the order description. In these situations, Kviflon will fully cover the reasonable carrier return costs, dispatch replacement components, or provide another appropriate full resolution.
If the return is due to customer preference:
For non-quality-related returns, the customer is solely responsible for all applicable logistical costs. This includes arranging and paying for return shipping fees and absorbing any non-refundable outbound shipping charges already incurred by the carrier. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover warehouse inspection, repacking, and restocking labor.
6. U.S. Return Address
If your return request is officially approved, your RMA confirmation email will include explicit packing instructions and the designated warehouse address. Approved returns should be sent exclusively to the address provided by our support team.

7. Optional Partial Refund / Keep the Item Option
For certain preference-based return requests, Kviflon may, at its sole discretion, offer a convenient alternative settlement: Keep the item + receive an immediate partial refund. This voluntary option is specifically designed to help customers bypass the high costs, heavy lifting, and logistical inconveniences associated with return shipping for large-item freight. If offered, the partial refund percentage is evaluated case-by-case based on product conditions and order details.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled free of charge provided the request is received before the order enters processing, warehouse fulfillment, or carrier shipment preparation. While we attempt to accommodate adjustments within the first 24 hours after purchase, once an order is processed or dispatched by our fulfillment center, cancellation is no longer structurally possible. In such cases, please accept delivery and contact our support team to initiate a standard return process if eligible.
9. Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses product delivery for reasons not caused by a verified Kviflon error, any subsequent refund will be heavily reduced by all logistics expenses incurred. Deductions include, but are not limited to, original outbound shipping charges, return carrier shipping fees, carrier parcel interception or rerouting fees, and warehouse handling assessments. These deductions can be significant due to the physical size and weight of premium ceiling fan equipment.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from our return policy and are not eligible for a refund:
- Items that have been partially or fully installed, mounted, or used
- Items missing original factory packaging, essential internal protection materials, or accessories
- Packages returned to our warehouses without a valid, pre-approved RMA authorization number
- Customized, modified, or made-to-order products
- Expedited premium shipping surcharges once the delivery service has been performed
- Standard return requests submitted more than 60 days after the confirmed delivery date
11. Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your returned package is safely received and thoroughly inspected at our GA warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, the net refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that individual banking institutions or credit card issuers may require additional administrative processing cycles to post the funds to your account statement.
12. Product Variations and Disclaimers
Please take note of the following natural product characteristics before purchasing:
- Slight product color variations may occur due to individual digital screen calibrations, monitor settings, or ambient studio photography lighting.
- Manual physical measurements may vary slightly within a standard, reasonable industrial tolerance layout.
- Minor hand-crafted glass or crystal textural variations that do not impair structural integrity or normal operations are not categorized as factory defects.
Kviflon is not responsible or liable for any third-party installation costs, independent electrician labor fees, or removal fees under any circumstances, unless explicitly mandated by local statutory consumer laws or authorized by us beforehand in writing.
